Grape variety: 80% Aglianico and Piedirosso, 20% indigenous black grape varieties from Naples
Vineyard origin: Pre-phylloxera vineyards on the hills of Anacapri
Soil: Volcanic and limestone-rich
Harvest period: First decade of October, manual harvest
Vinification: Fermentation in new chestnut vats (18–26 days) at controlled temperature
Aging: 6–8 months in new chestnut barriques, followed by bottle refinement
Alcohol content: 14.5% vol

Color: Bright, intense ruby red
Aroma: Ripe red berries with notes of tobacco and sweet spices
Taste: Vibrant freshness and marked minerality, supported by velvety tannins and a long, persistent finish

Pairings: Excellent with red meats, game, and aged cheeses
